These Terms govern your use of the Satsport platform. Please read them carefully before registering. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.
Six points every Satsport player should understand from the outset.
Satsport is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use any service. Age verification may be requested at any point and accounts found to belong to under-18s will be closed immediately.
Each player may hold only one Satsport account. Duplicate accounts — whether under your name or another person's details — will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in them.
All registration details provided to Satsport must be accurate and current. False names, addresses, contact numbers or payment information may result in account closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
All deposits, withdrawals, balances and bonuses at Satsport are denominated in Pakistani rupees. There are no currency conversion fees. Your balance always reflects the exact amount held in PKR.
You are responsible for keeping your Satsport login credentials confidential. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password.
Satsport provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings at all times and can be activated immediately. Gambling should always remain entertainment.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Satsport ("Satsport," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible at satsport.ws.

Each player may hold exactly one Satsport account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts. Any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for updating your account details if any of this information changes. To update your registered information, contact the Satsport support team. Requests to change a name to one that does not match your identity documents will not be processed.
Satsport operates a KYC programme in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. As part of KYC, Satsport may request copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC checks may be initiated at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle at Satsport's discretion.
Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion. Funds will not be withheld unreasonably — once documents are verified, pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal timeframe.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Satsport username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported unauthorised access to Satsport support before the activity occurred.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Satsport support immediately via Live Chat or at support@satsport.ws. Satsport will investigate and may temporarily freeze the account pending resolution. Satsport accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
Satsport accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). There is no platform fee on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your Satsport balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the following conditions being met:
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to deposit where possible. Satsport does not transfer withdrawals to a different person's account or to a third-party payment method not previously used on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 45 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. IBFT and card withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank.
Satsport is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities through the platform. Satsport does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the player's own name. Satsport reserves the right to request documentation explaining the source of funds where unusual deposit patterns are detected. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended and reported to appropriate authorities.

All bets placed on Satsport are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition, or game in addition to these general Terms. Where product-specific rules conflict with general Terms, the product-specific rules apply to that product.
Cricket betting on Satsport covers international fixtures, the Pakistan Super League, and other domestic and franchise tournaments. For abandoned or rain-affected matches, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result is used where applicable. Matches reduced in overs by more than 20% may result in certain market types being voided. Specific PSL rules and void conditions are published in the cricket betting section of the Satsport platform.
Esports markets on Satsport are subject to verified match results from official tournament operators. Satsport reserves the right to void esports markets where results cannot be independently verified, where match fixing is suspected, or where a technical failure results in a match being replayed or abandoned by the official organiser.
All live casino games on Satsport — including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and Roulette — are operated by licensed studio providers. The game rules for each variant are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round result as recorded by the dealer studio's system is final. Satsport accepts no liability for player losses caused by the player's own internet connection failure.
Satsport offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when you opt in to any promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply to all Satsport promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
The Satsport welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Accounts that are found to be using shared devices or networks solely to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have the bonus removed.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating bets with other players to guarantee a bonus wagering outcome, or using technical exploits — is a breach of these Terms. Satsport monitors accounts for bonus abuse and reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings generated through abusive behaviour, and permanently suspend accounts found to be engaged in it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Satsport and will result in account suspension and potential legal action where applicable:
Satsport employs risk management and compliance monitoring systems that run continuously. Detected violations are reviewed by the Satsport compliance team. Where a breach is confirmed, Satsport reserves the right to void bets, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, close accounts, and retain funds where they are the proceeds of prohibited conduct.

Where a suspension is imposed for investigation purposes, Satsport will communicate the reason to the player where it is safe and lawful to do so and will aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Genuine real-money balances not connected with fraudulent activity will be returned to the player upon closure once any outstanding KYC requirements are met.
You may request to close your Satsport account at any time by contacting support@satsport.ws. Satsport will process the closure request after confirming your identity. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC requirements. Active bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
All content on the Satsport platform — including but not limited to the Satsport name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and any original content created by Satsport — is the intellectual property of Satsport or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Satsport platform for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Satsport provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and accurately at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the complete absence of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Satsport's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Your continued use of the Satsport platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
